At VoltEdge, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
We work with trusted international shipping partners to ensure your package reaches you securely. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs processing, holidays, or high-demand periods. While we do our best to avoid delays, these situations are sometimes outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process to make your shopping experience stress-free.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To request a return or exchange, simply contact our support team with your order number and reason for the request.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team.
